We are committed to delivering high-quality results. If you have concerns about your delivered photos or videos, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any issues and make reasonable revisions when appropriate.
All digital products (photos and videos) are delivered electronically. Once delivered and downloaded, these products cannot be returned. However, we maintain backups and can provide replacement downloads if technical issues occur.
For physical products such as printed albums or USB drives, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.
