We offer various packages and custom solutions for private events including weddings, corporate functions, family celebrations, and other special occasions.
All services are provided with reasonable care and skill as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We use professional-grade equipment and experienced photographers/videographers to deliver quality results.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and deposit payment (typically 50% of the total fee). The balance is due before or on the event date, as specified in your service agreement.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required by New Zealand law. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or EFTPOS. We accept payments through secure New Zealand banking systems.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate not exceeding the rate prescribed under the Interest on Money Claims Act 2016.

We retain the right to use images for our portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. We respect your privacy and will not use images in ways that could cause embarrassment or harm.
Commercial use of images (e.g., for advertising, product promotion) requires separate licensing and may incur additional fees.
